This Year’s Speaker: Pastor Cornell Jordan
Cornell Jordan brings over two decades of youth ministry experience as an evangelist who travels across the U.S. and abroad—most recently to Kenya, Madagascar, and Mexico—sharing the Gospel with students and adults alike. Known for his energetic style, creative teaching methods, and memorable illustrations, Cornell is passionate about helping young people build a lasting foundation of faith in Jesus Christ.
Before stepping fully into ministry, Cornell worked in youth residential treatment, juvenile corrections, and child protective services -- experience that shaped his heart for reaching kids and families from all walks of life. Over the years, he's seen people from diverse backgrounds and denominations encounter Christ in new and meaningful ways.
Cornell now serves as Lead Pastor at Metro Assembly in Youngstown, Ohio. He and his wife, Kristin, live in Kent, Ohio, with their two children, Christopher and Halle -- and he'll tell you family comes first, always.
We're excited to welcome Cornell to camp this summer!
